AS (Aluminium Small) Range | Restrained Plugs and Receptacles

The AS Range of Non-Ex plugs and receptacles provides an alternative low voltage option, suitable for use in Non-Ex mining, tunnelling and pumping projects.

The AS Range of plugs and receptacles offer operating voltages of 660V and 1,100V, both of which are rated for 150A. Weighing significantly less than their stainless steel alternatives, plugs in this range are 360 grams lighter, while the receptacles are 3.9kg lighter. Ideal for the pumping market, AS plugs can be fitted to pump cables of all types up to 95sq mm. Receptacles in this range offer three different release options: Jack-In Release, Quick Release, and Ratchet Release. They can also be purchased as a Quick Release RGB (Receptacle Gland Bracket) assembly.
